Ys 9 I would say has more text to read through than any of the other Ys games but you get into the game quick compared to a trails game.

Ys series is a good one with not to much text maybe try one of those. Anyways sounds like you don't like to read so maybe stick with action rpgs. This series has been going on for a long long time now legend of heroes series is probably older than most people on these boards.
